Issue: When trying to send an email to a non-EKU email account, the following error occurs:

Cause: Your account is blocked by Microsoft because it has been compromised and is sending spam.

Recovering From Phishing-Students

Students, if you fall victim to a phishing email here are the next steps to recovery of your EKU email address/password.

Reset your password immediately.  You have several options.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Setup
