►Activate your EKU email (myMail) account

  1. Go to EKUDirect and log in using your EKU student ID
  2. Activate your email account
  • select Personal Information (second tab, gray bar along top of page)
  • select Activate EKU Student Email Account
  • username, initial password and email address will be displayed

The Helpdesk is the computer users first point of contact for all service issues, questions, troubleshooting and consultation.

►Mail Services

Mailboxes are located in each residence hall for:

  • U.S. mail
  • Campus mail
  • Special delivery mail
  • Packages 

Residence Hall mail is delivered daily, by the USPS, directly to each Housing Office CPO for distribution.

Remove all peer-to-peer software including:

  • LimeWire
  • Frostwire
  • BitTorrent
  • Vuze
