The IT Support Desk is a technical support team that provides prompt, knowledgeable, courteous computing support services in person and over the phone. The Support Desk resolves over 90% of all incoming issues independently. If we cannot resolve an issue we escalate your inquiry to another IT unit or do our best to provide alternative referrals or resources.
Any EKU student is eligible for support and consultations from the IT Geeks. Troubleshooting is generally limited to 15 minute sessions if there are other clients waiting for help, but if there is no line a Geek will be glad to work longer to resolve your issue unless we immediately know the issue should be dropped off for advanced support.
