What is Cloud Printing?

Cloud printing is a technology that allows a student to print over the web, using EKU_Secure Wireless, from anywhere on campus to one of many Cloud Printer locations at EKU.

The cost per page is the same charge incurred against the printing quota in computer labs.

How to Print to Cloud Printer

• Select Printer from your personal computer: Cloud Printing
• Enter username and password
• Go to the Cloud Printer 
• Select Cloud Printing icon on printer
• Swipe Colonel 1 Card
• Manual Login
• Select print job in the queu to print

Cloud Printing Notes

• Cloud Printing will only work on an EKU Campus when connected to eku_secure wireless or a wired connection (eku_guest will not work)
• Documents sent to a Cloud Printer are saved to the Cloud for 2 days (48 hours)
• No charges are incurred until a document is released at a Cloud Printer Release Station
• There are no additional charges or fees for using the Cloud Printer option (view student printing guidelines and fees)
• Print jobs are connected to username and only visible to that specific login
• All jobs do not have to printed at the same time
• All jobs are deleted after 48 hours
