Once on Campus

1. Connect to ResNet (Ethernet and Wireless) and the Internet.  You can connect wirelessly or plug into an Ethernet port.  Either way, just click on your web browser.
a. Setting up devices other than a PC on ResNet
2. Download the campus antivirus program (on-campus) or bring a USB drive to an IT Geek Location for a copy or they will install it for you.
3. Locate computer labs and cloud printers. There are two IT Student Technology Labs available and mini labs (called clusters) in the lobbies of the residence halls.  In all these cluster locations there are (usually) 3 computers and a cloud printer.
4. Know Your Rights and Responsibilities (ResNet Acceptable Use Policy)
5. Review available IT resources.  Now that you’re up and running, take a look at all the IT resources available to you at the IT Geek page
