Friday, October 18, 2019 - Nation-wide Microsoft Sign-in and Multi-Factor Authentication Issue
Microsoft is currently experiencing issues with Sign-in when Multi-Factor Authentication (or two-factor authentication) is enabled. This could/will effect some if not EKU users until resolved. The Microsoft team is investigating the issue.
Monday, October 7, 2019 - Nation-wide Blackboard Outage
The Blackboard system was down on Monday 10/7/19 from approximately 5:35 PM until 6:52 PM. This was due to a nation-wide outage of the Blackboard system. All services are now restored.
Friday, October 4, 2019 - EKU Phone System issues
We were experiencing problems with EKU’s telephone system between 9-10:30 a.m.:
• Calls coming to EKU from off campus are not working correctly.
• Calls leaving EKU to off-campus locations are not working correctly.
• Internal calls on campus are working correctly.
