Which EKU services and apps require it?

EKU systems fall into one of 2 categories:

 

DO NOT NEED TO MFA:

-Blackboard

-Library databases (off-campus)

 
  1. 2FA/MFA Enabled Resources.  These resources require a second form of authentication for most, but not all, users.

    Resources that require you to sign in through Microsoft or EKU sign-in screen fall into this category.  This includes email, banner, and Office 365 among others. 


    2FA/MFA Applications:

    Office 365 Apps

    Desktop apps

    Emails

    Quarantine Account

    Teams

    OneDrive

    Office 365 (NOT desktop apps)

    To-Do

    Bookings

    SharePoint

     

    Jaggaer

    Banner

    Argos

    Slate

    DegreeWorks

    myEKU
    Google Drive

    YeaLink Desk Phones (only need to log into these devices when you reset your EKU email password)

  2. Non-2FA/MFA Enabled Resources.  Some EKU resources can be accessed by entering an ID and password only, even by those who use 2FA/MFA. This generally applies to more specialized resources supported by IT departments, as opposed to university-wide resources.
