Office365 Email Migration - Android Instructions for the Outlook Mail App
First, remove your existing account if you use this app for your EKU email
- Open the Outlook mobile app from your device.
- Select the hamburger menu from the upper left-hand corner.
- Select the settings icon (looks like a gear).
- Tap on your EKU account.
- Select Delete Account.
Second, re-add your account
- Select Get Started
- Select Skip if prompted
- Select or enter your EKU email address (including the @eku.edu)
- Choose Continue
- At the EKU log in screen, enter your EKU email address and password.
- Authenticate using two-factor
- Optionally skip or add more accounts
