Blackboard Email Blocked on Student Accounts

How to check for blocks in email preferences: 

Undo an email block on donotreply@blackboard.com & do-not-reply@eku-live.blackboard.com & do-not-reply@eku.edu  

  1. Open your EKU email account (https://outlook.office.com/mail/
  2. Click the gear icon Settings menu on the top right-hand menu 
  3. At the bottom of the menu, choose View all Outlook settings
  4. Choose Rules the delete any rules that move donotreply@blackboard.com or do-not-reply@eku-live.blackboard.com or do-not-reply@eku.edu 
  5. Next, choose Junk email and be sure you are not blocking donotreply@blackboard.com or do-not-reply@eku-live.blackboard.com or do-not-reply@eku.edu You can also add them to the Safe senders and domains list
  6. Next, choose Forwarding, and be sure you are not forwarding either of those three Blackboard emails to another email address.
