No longer receiving emails in your EKU myMail account (Issue)
Issue: You stop receiving emails in your myMail account.
Cause: Your account may be compromised.
Resolution:
- Reset your password immediately at the myMail login page or in EKU Direct or by calling the IT Service Desk: 859.622.3000
- Disable forwarding in your myMail account:
-Log in to myMail account (mymail.eku.edu)
-Click the gear in the upper right hand of the screen then under My app settings choose Mail-On the left-hand menu, under Accounts choose Forwarding. On the menu that appears to the right click the button before Stop forwarding. Then click the Save button above.
