As you begin packing up to head out for Spring Break, take a minute to think about your technology needs.

Technology Ideas for a Safe Spring Break
- Be careful of phishing and spam while away on spring break. Remember to forward all suspicious email to: spam@eku.edu Don't fall for emails with a sense of urgency request you take immediate action.
- Don't use public wireless for anything regarding accounts and passwords. Just consider that someone is possibly eavesdropping on your conversations.
- Turn off automatic connection to wireless hotspots and bluetooth.
- Keep your phone charged at all times in the event you have to make an emergency call or text.
- Download apps like Uber or Lyft and important numbers like a hotel shuttle.
- Be responsible and stay in groups of friends and take care of one another out there!
