Staff Spotlight: Matt Tingle

Matthew Tingle is a cyber systems technology major and computer informatics minor student from Frankfort, Kentucky.  He works as an audio-visual (AV) support technician student employee in the Classroom Technology group in IT.  He has been in this job since February 2023, where he constructs instructors' classroom carts for projector use, performs maintenance on all AV technology, and completes support tickets when needed.

"This job has a great atmosphere with people that I love to work with. Also, this job allows me to help instructors and students in need with the technology in the classroom. I am given a sense of accomplishment on every task or project that I complete that makes me strive to continue to work with my best efforts in anything I do."

When not helping with classroom technology, Matt enjoys soccer, baseball, and eSports.
