Opening Self Service

There are three ways to access Self Service on a Mac. You will only have self service if you are connected to Jamf, the mac management system.

1. It may be present on your dock.  If so, you will see an icon with the Power E.
2. From the Mac menu bar, click GO and select Applications.  When the Application folder opens, scroll down to find the Self Service application.
3. Use the search (command + space bar) function to search Self Service 

To Install Programs:

• Self service has a list of software categories down the left side. The image below shows the featured software option.
• Select Install under the software you want to install.

• For this example, “Process macOS Ventura Upgrade” was chosen.
• Once the Install button is clicked, the Install button will change to show the download status of the application.

• After download, the software will install.  There may be on-screen instructions depending on the software item chosen.
