Cell Phone Reimbursement Guidelines

EKU employees may submit an application to request a cellular reimbursement.

Please review the reimbursement plan below and see the attached application form that follows.

• The University will provide individuals a reimbursement to help defray the cost of personally acquired cellular services
• The reimbursement is taxable
• Annual recertification is required to show business use
• During recertification, a recent phone bill must be attached
