Office365 Email Migration - iOS Instructions for the Outlook App

First, remove your existing account, if you use this app for you EKU email

  1. Open the Outlook mobile app from your device.

  2. Select your photo from the upper left-hand corner.

  4. Tap on your EKU account.

  5. Select Delete Account.

Second, re-add your account

  1. Skip adding additional accounts if prompted.

  2. Enter your EKU email address
  3. Choose Add Account.  (use your full email address, including the @eku.edu)
    Choose Add Account.
  4. At the EKU log in screen, enter your full email address and password.
  5. Enter email password and authenticate with two-factor, when prompted.

  6. Optionally skip or add more accounts.
