Windows 7 Warning

ISSUE: Microsoft support for Windows 7 will end on January 14, 2020 so IT will be alerting individuals using Windows 7 to bring PC to the Service Desk for an upgrade to Windows 10. They will receive this message after they login to their facultystaff account.

Blackboard App Crashes on iOS 12 when Viewing Discussion Boards

ISSUE: Blackboard App Crashes on iOS 12 When Viewing Discussion Board Threads

RESOLUTION: None, other than not updating iOS to 12. If you upgrade and it crashes, you will need to use a PC to view discussion boards on Blackboard.

G Suite Course Kit Assignment Tool: Student Checking Grades

When you receive a grade on an assignment in Google Course Kit, you will receive an email and you will see it on your Blackboard Stream. If you click the gray 'View my grade' button you will see your grade.
