Many phishing emails never make it to an employees inbox. Occasionally one will. All official IT emails generate from IT.Notice@eku.edu and contain the Keene Johnson logo at the bottom.
IT @ EKU will NEVER request passwords or other personal information via email. Messages requesting such information are fraudulent and should be deleted immediately.

Banner is EKU's Administration Information System used to conduct business related to these business functions:

Access to Banner for New Administrative Employees:
- New employees to EKU or employees changing jobs must complete the Banner Access Form
- Contact the IT Service Desk (859.622.3000) to change current access
Blackboard is EKU's online learning management system.
Employees have access to internal network drives to share data, back up, data and create personal web pages hosted by the university.
