Hobsons: Telecenter-Make a Call

  • Login to Hobsons Connect

  • Select from left side navigation: Manage Call Jobs
  • Locate Call Job-this example will use Job 296
  • Click on the Call Job (underlined)

  • Sort by last name if alphabetical is preferred by clicking last name

  • Select ID # -this will take you to that specific account
  • Select Place Call Now

  • At the bottom of the screen, enter call notes
  • Select End Call-this will take you to a new screen
  • Select Call result type from drop down menu

  • Select Save Call after notes are entered
  • Select from one of the following according to your next step
