Hobsons:Telecenter -Build a Call Job
Note: A filter must already be built to complete the steps included in this support article.
- Login to Hobson's Connect
- Find Filter (Contacts>Manage (locate filter)
- Select Telecenter from Top Navigation
- Select New Call Job under Left Side Navigation: Admin Section
Step 1 Section
- Name Call Job
- Select Call Topic
- Enter detailed description for future reference
Step 2 Section
- Select Call List (this is the filter that has already been created)
- Select OK at top of Filter list
- Enter Start Calling Time & End Calling Time
Step 3 Section
- Select Views
- Select Script (or create a new script)
- Select OK and Add Users
