Hobsons:Telecenter -Build a Call Job

Note: A filter must already be built to complete the steps included in this support article.

  • Login to Hobson's Connect
  • Find Filter (Contacts>Manage (locate filter)
  • Select Telecenter from Top Navigation
  • Select New Call Job under Left Side Navigation: Admin Section

Step 1 Section

  • Name Call Job
  • Select Call Topic
  • Enter detailed description for future reference

Step 2 Section

  • Select Call List (this is the filter that has already been created)
  • Select OK at top of Filter list
  • Enter Start Calling Time & End Calling Time

Step 3 Section

  • Select Views 
  • Select Script (or create a new script)
  • Select OK and Add Users
