Hobsons: Revise and Create New Event
This example will show how to create a new event using a previously created event. For this example we will create a new Campus Visit for SOTO.
- Login to Hobsons Connect
- Select Events, Interviews and Trips from top navigation bar
- Use the Search to locate already created event similar to new event
- Check box next to the event to duplicate
- Select Copy (first button)
- Check Name-Copy will always be added-highlight and remove from new event
- Confirm all other information is correct in the basic information section
- Adjust date and time and other relevant information in Date & Times section to the new event date and time
- Adjust Capacity and Registration Form Details to new event
- Make any changes to email notifications
- Select Save in lower left corner
- Select URL at top of page
- HIghlight URL and use to create link from webpage
