Blackboard Enrollment/Login Change

Beginning with Winter 20 and Spring 21 classes, course enrollments will change for employees:

Starting in the winter term the following changes will be made for employee blackboard logins for course enrollments:

  1. Full time employees that are taking classes will see the courses in which they are enrolled under their employee account.
  1. Part time employees that are teaching classes and are taking classes will see the courses in which they are enrolled under their employee account.
  1. Part time employees that are NOT teaching classes and are taking classes will see the courses in which they are enrolled under their student account.
    1. Note: This is how it has historically been, this has not changed.

If a full time employee is taking classes and they lose employment status (leave the university) their course enrollment will be transferred from their employee account to their student account.
