IT Services are making some changes this semester in an effort to serve the campus community more effectively and efficiently.
Teri Alexander and Lindsay Riley, our newest team members, will be staffing the IT Service Desk daily. They have spent the last few weeks training with all the different departments to make sure they can answer your IT questions when you call the IT Service/Help Desk.
ONLINE: An online request for assistance has been in place for a few weeks and is working well. Our goal is to respond within 24 hours of receipt during the week, and by close of day Monday on weekend submissions.
The IT Service/Help Desk will continue to provide assistance for students, faculty and staff that walk in to Combs 209.
We continue to update the support articles on the IT website to keep up with changes. The 150+ support articles offer employees and students the chance to find the support they need online 24/7.
