EKUDirect is a web-based secure link to a wide range of data for employees and students to view.  

• First time login
• Log in to EKUDirect

►Email

All employees have an official EKU email account.

• Activate your email
• Setup Outlook
• E-Key: your username and password
• Change your password

►Banner

Banner is EKU's relational database.  Records stored in Banner:

Access to Banner for New Employees 

• New employees to EKU or employees changing jobs must complete the Banner Access Form
• Complete a Footprints request to change current access

►Blackboard 

Blackboard is EKU's online learning management system.  

• Blackboard Basics
• Log in to Blackboard with your E-Key

►IT Services

• Campus Mail, Common Knowledge Program, Computer Labs, Computer Store, Help Desk, IT Training, Printing and Design Services

►Network Drives

Employees have access to internal network drives to share data, back up, data and create personal web pages hosted by the university.
