E-Key Reset (Quest Password Manager) - Service Phaseout

To reset your password::

Method 1: EKU Direct-Current Employees ONLY    (Creating a Strong Password)

  1. Log in to EKU Direct.
  2. Click the Personal Information tab.
  3. Click the Change Active Directory Password (Faculty, Staff, Student, Blackboard & Email) link

  4. Select the account you want to reset, in the event you have more than one listed.

  5. Type your new password in the New Password and Confirm Password box then click the Reset Password button.  (Creating a Strong Password)

Make sure to change your password on all mobile devices, in settings, for email, wireless and lync.

Method 2 (If you still know your current password): Reset Your Password in OWA     (Creating a Strong Password)

  1. Log in to owa.eku.edu
  2. Select wheel\gear in top right corner. 
  3. Select Change password
    reset password
  4. Type your current password in the Current password box, a new password in the New password box, and repeat that in the Confirm new password box.  Then hit the save button.

Method 3: Call IT Service Desk

  1. If you prefer to, or are a retiree or alumnus, you can call the IT Service Desk to reset your password: 859.622.3000.
